If the purchase of an out of stock product is made, Aurus18k will make the respective refund of the money in the bank account authorized by the client in a period not exceeding 5 business days.

Shipments to the rest of the country take three business days to arrive if the destination is a major city except for setbacks from the carriers.
We guarantee that this time will not exceed 15.

H. WARRANTY.

*Hardware and ball bearings in American rolled gold have a 5-year guarantee for color changes. Does not apply to scratches or cracks due to handling or use.
*The loss or fall of crystals and breakage of brooches, breakage of jewelry and natural wear of threads are not part of the guarantee.
*Aurus18k does not make refunds. We replace the guarantee for the same product or a different one of equal value.
*Aurus18k only covers the cost of shipping the replacement product, therefore, the customer must bear the cost of returning the jewel for exchange.
